Bright with lots of light from the glass fronted facade. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, Separate Balcony for early morning coffee or late nightcaps. This place is similar to our Kennedy Executive Townhouse, so should the availability not suit here, try booking our other property.

A fabulous house with great space and all mod cons. The two upstairs bedrooms are ensuite and the lounge and TV set up is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay yet again .

John and Tracy’s place is very expansive with a great view from the living area and balcony.
John was helpful with the check in process by being there when we arrived. The air conditioning was on so the place was nice and warm.
He told us about good places to eat or would deliver. There was lots of crockery and crockery and utensils.
The cleaners were thorough with their work.
The four of us had a great time.

Clean and beautiful property. A nice escape from Adelaide and big for the family. Glad we all got our own bathrooms and rooms.
Host was friendly and showed us around the house when we checked in. Gave us tips on the local area and was easy to communicate with.

The property is in a good location (2.5km approximately to the town) with a great view. It has been maintained and equipped very well. John actually met us upon arrival to show us around the house. Highly recommended.

This house is very luxurious with great views. All the rooms are large and tastefully designed with on suite for every bedroom. i love the big tv and recliner chairs and super large 2 car garage. the house had very good quality furniture and bedding.
we all love the house and it has set new standards for our holiday stay. We will definitely stay again when we can.

John greeted us in house show us everything,he even put heater on upon our arrival. The place is beautiful and you will feel at home. Kitchen is stocked. Definitely will stayed again here if we are in Mt Gambier. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to meet John at the house when we arrived, he showed us all through the premises and went through the activities and eating places in the area. The house was very clean and so well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. The bathrooms were large and the showers were very big, The garage was spotless and was off the house so we just had to drive in and we were in the house. My wife said to me that she thought it was one of the best places we had stayed in the last 3 yrs. Thank you John for making our long weekend an easy time. We will defiantly stay with John and tracy on our next visit to Mount Gambier.

Had a small issue with the indoor fireplace which John solved quickly with a creative solution.

Couldn’t believe the value for money. Absolutely beautiful home, everything thought of, luxurious- easy up come and go without keys. Garage for 2 cars. Met at the door by John who showed us around, explained the property and was super friendly. Best air bnb !!! And I’ve been to many
