What a wonderful property! Beautifully decorated, secure off street parking, both the bedrooms we used had ensuites, kitchen was so well stocked with dinner sets, plates, glasses etc. The owner met us at the property with the gas wood fire going and the house warm as it was a cold Mount Gambier day, he showed us how things worked and gave us local recommendations of places to eat. We were sad that it was only a one night stay, we’d definetely stay here again and although it’s townhouse we didn’t have to use any stairs as the main living and 2 bedrooms were upstairs but at street level ( if that makes sense) only needed to go downstairs to the 3rd bedroom and second lounge if you had that many people staying. Because we were 2 couples the bedroom downstairs was locked as we didn’t need to use it.

Fantastic communication all the way through from booking, to arrival, to the end of our stay. John gave us the run down on how to switch on and off all the important things which made everything so much easier for our stay. Conroe Executive was the perfect fit for us - three professionals on a work trip. A gorgeous, comfortable place to relax.

Beautiful and clean with so many exciting additions that we’ve never had in a house
Hosts were so incredibly lovely, met us at the property and had the heater going since it was a cold wet day, took the time to show us all of the cool tips and tricks with the house and had a massive book of where to eat and what to do see

Great location for a few nites whilst we explored Mt Gambier. Had everything we needed perfect for us 2 couples with large bedrooms and private /on suites bathrooms. The second space down stairs was 3rd bathroom on suite so could accomodate 3 couples perfectly. Thanks John n Tracy

Wow- what a gorgeous home! We were all blown away by how big and beautiful this townhouse is!
On arrival, the owner John greeted us at the door and gave us a tour of the property and showed us how everything worked. The home was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more! The coffee machine was very much appreciated, as were the biscuits, selection of cereals and teas/ coffees to get us started. There was also cold water in the fridge and ice in the freezer ready to go.
The home is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The fireplace in the main lounge room was loved by all, as was the large TV with all of the streaming services. There is another TV in the lounge room downstairs and one in every bedroom. Each bedroom has its own lovely bathroom. There is a washing machine, dryer and clothes line which we didn’t need to use, but would be very handy for longer stays.
A couple of extra things to add- John had housekeeping make up the extra sofa bed in case we wanted to use it. Our children loved this and thought it was fantastic being able to have a sleep over together downstairs.
We also accidentally left my daughters very special teddy in the bedding and didn’t realise until we had already checked out. John was very easy to communicate with and kept her teddy safe until we could pick it up the next morning.
We all loved our stay! 10/10! We hope to return again next year. There is nothing not to like!

Our thoughtful host was there when we arrived, checking that the space was cosy and warm, as the weather had become unexpectedly cold. She showed us through the townhouse, explaining how things worked and giving us tips and local options.
The townhouse was spacious and beautifully decorated with a great lounge and well equipped kitchen. Close to the centre of town it was easy to pop out for a bit of shopping and to visit local sights.

A fabulous house with great space and all mod cons. The two upstairs bedrooms are ensuite and the lounge and TV set up is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay yet again .

John and Tracy’s place is very expansive with a great view from the living area and balcony.
John was helpful with the check in process by being there when we arrived. The air conditioning was on so the place was nice and warm.
He told us about good places to eat or would deliver. There was lots of crockery and crockery and utensils.
The cleaners were thorough with their work.
The four of us had a great time.

Clean and beautiful property. A nice escape from Adelaide and big for the family. Glad we all got our own bathrooms and rooms.
Host was friendly and showed us around the house when we checked in. Gave us tips on the local area and was easy to communicate with.
